What you will need

| Business License | Issued by your regulator |
| Provisions of Law | Permitting collection of personal data |
| Data Protection Certificate | Valid certificate from the Data Protection Commission, Ghana |
| SSNIT Employers' Registration Certificate | Where applicable |
| Organisation Profile | Mission, vision, goals, history, core products or services |
| Process Flow Document | How your institution will use the Ghana Card, with a flow chart |
Files must be PDF or Word, 25 MB combined maximum. Some government institutions are exempt from certain documents — you can still submit and note this during review.
